By cultivating trust and incorporating elements of both vertical and horizontal management, I turn struggling sales teams into top revenue producers.

A lot of people say they think “outside the box,” but few can prove that their method produces results. I challenge traditional ways of doing business by introducing better solutions to problems that business leaders didn’t know they had.
HOW I RELAX?
When I’m not at my desk, leading sales programs, or traveling to client sites, you can find me boating with my family—we love the San Juan islands—and attending barbecue competitions. As a former nationally-ranked champion, I can give you the definitive answer to the Texas v. Tennessee v. North Carolina debate (no guarantees you’ll agree!).
